Justin Surginer was born and raised in the Houston area. After High School he went on to study Business at the University of Houston and received a Degree in Marketing in 2006.
Justin began his legal career as an intern at the Law Office of Jed Silverman, in 2008. After graduating from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2009, he was then hired as an attorney by Jed Silverman and continued working there until 2014, when he decided to open his own firm. Justin has devoted his entire career to the practice of criminal law. During his over 15-year career he has handled a wide variety of crimes, from misdemeanors to first degree felonies.
Justin understands that being arrested for a criminal case no matter how serious, is a stressful time in someone’s life.
