Justin Surginer

Justin Surginer is the founder of Surginer Stewart PLLC in Houston, Texas. He has focused his practice on criminal law since his admission to the State Bar of Texas in 2009. A graduate of Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Mr. Surginer has represented clients in a wide range of criminal matters. He has been recognized on the Texas Rising Stars list from 2016 to 2023.
